walking a lot!!

On Saturday, we went to the University of Maryland. The first impression of the university was that it is very big compared with our university!! And we were guided the university by our mentors, we walked a lot. At that time, I thought, it would be very hard for me to attend the class on time because I have to long walk to the classroom. We saw the turtle monument and touched its nose!! So, my grade was guaranteed, maybe ^^b. Next day, we went to Alexandria and Georgetown. I heard that Alexandria is historical city. I saw many old houses or shops there. Almost of them were made by bricks. It looks pretty for me. Georgetown was a big moll. I wanted to buy something, but I couldn’t buy anything because of the costs of the items were very expensive for me. But I was so fun because I could see and enter many shops!!

Hello, Misa! ^^
Yeah, I can understand your first impression of the UM because what you felt was almost the same as mine! When I was there, I thought that I would be lost! So, I remember concentrating on following my friends. Hahaha.

Anyway, I'm glad to know how you've enjoyed being there! Please keep me updated. ^^

Haha, you don't need to rub testudo's nose because we aren't going to give you any tests!

Georgetown is a good place to go window-shopping, but it's expensive, as you observed.

If you attended the U. of Maryland and lived on campus, I think you would get to class much faster than you would if you attended AGU but lived far away and had to take public transportation to get there! You can walk almost anywhere on the UM campus in 20 minutes (if you don't dawdle!).
